Why i2i Recruitment?

We opened our doors in 2005 with the sole purpose to connect the best candidates and great employers that ordinarily would not have met.

It really is that simple.  So knowing the recruitment industry was set in its ways, we wanted to make it personal.

Unlike other consultancies, we meet face-to-face with every candidate we register and every client we want to work with.  Doing this is labour intensive and takes a long time, but we truly believed that it was the best thing for everyone and we’ve been proven correct…our hundreds of 5* reviews proves it (Google reviews, Facebook reviews).

So why do we take this extra time?  Easy…

  • The candidate gets to shine.
  • The client knows we fully understand their company and role.
  • The consultant gets to really know the candidate, rather than just a CV.

This personal touch is what sets us apart from everyone else.  We have clients that will only work with us because they know we’ll get them the best candidates for their roles.  We have candidates who sing our praises to everyone they know because we get to know them personally.

Experience and qualifications are only a part of what businesses look for.  By getting to know every candidate and client personally, we can put people together based on personality as well.  We all know there needs to be a ‘great fit’.

Our Process

i2i Recruitment takes a unique 20 point approach to recruitment, offering much more than a simple CV sift service.

There is a company behind a job spec and there is a person behind a CV.  It’s all about being personal.

It means we have retained 98% of our Clients since establishing the company.

We take full responsibility for your recruitment campaign- step by step progress reports throughout the process ensuring all parties are 100% committed to the same goal.

We guarantee candidates are an ongoing investment once selected by our clients – this means we offer ongoing consultations throughout the first 12 months of employment.  You will be dealing directly with experienced consultants meaning we can promise you expertise and a total understanding of how recruitment impacts your business.

Our office hours are 8:45 am to 5:30 pm every weekday (8:30 am to 5 pm Fridays) but even outside of normal hours we’ll always try and answer your query as quickly as possible.

Full referencing for both temporary staff and permanent staff can be completed, if requested, to a standard of the last 3 years of employment, saving you time and money.
