Customer Service Executive - Temp Role, perfect if you need some extra cash for xmas!! 



 9am – 5.30pm

Monday – Friday

Main Responsibilities


  • Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • To pro-actively use the in house system, promptly respond to customers and deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure customer complaints, issues & queries reach a successful conclusion
  • Being the main port of call for inbound inquiries
  • Processing orders
  • Helping out with the live chat function on the website
