Dealing with both new and existing customers, you need to be friendly, engaging and know what customers need, putting them at the centre of all that you do. This means that you’ll have a natural flair for asking the right questions, building rapport with all types of people and a confident approach.

Key Attributes & Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette
  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Able to work under your own initiative
  • Five GCSE’s grade A*-C including English and Maths are essential
